Obhc played their first match of 2020 against Maidstone.With both teams looking to start the second half of the season with a win, the first half was an open game with both teams seeing a lot of the ball. Obhc were the more attacking and positive side playing some fast flowing hockey from defence through to the forwards. OBs created a number of chances but were unable to finish them off.The second half saw Maidstone attack more which held OBs back. However some good linkup play on the left resulted in the ball entering the D with Rosie Atwal coolly scoring with a reverse sweep. This gave OBs new energy and they continued playing their fast flowing style of hockey A second goal soon followed with an equally stunning top corner strike from Ash OrtegaThis rallied Maidstone who scored a late goal. Obs saw the match out earning a number of short corners. The match finished 2-1 to OBs
