EH & OBHC BadgesThere are two sides to coaching one is content i.e. core skills, 1v1, 2v1, 3v2, game play, set pieces and most importantly the other SAFETY i.e. child/player welfare, first aid, club emergency processes, child safety.  Ultimately we strive to achieve a safe coaching environment for all our club members particularly our Juniors.  All our coaches have to be CRB checked as part of their coaching qualifications, those which are working towards their qualification are also CRB checked anyway to ensure safety at all times.

In order to achieve our high expectations of training we need to have a strong appropriately qualified coaching team.  We have nearly 20 qualified coaches within our setup ranging from L0 to L3 coaching across the Men’s, Ladies and Junior sections, click here to meet the coaches and here to see how they all fall into place in the Coaching Structure.  We’re always looking to make our structure stronger and keep on educating our coaches whether it be through courses or the next level qualification.

As part of our on going setup we introduced a qualification colour code whenever a coach completes and passes their assessment level and commits to regular weekly coaching every year they receive a free hoodie, these hoodies are colour relevant to their qualifications.  See below for the qualification colour;

LEVEL A – White (in house qualification click here to find out more)

LEVEL 1 – Olive Green

LEVEL 2 – Turquoise Blue

LEVEL 3 – Orange

LEVEL 4 – Purple

Coaches also get exclusive access to the Kitstore Catalogue  – Coaches Range which consists of red upper body over garments and black trousers/shorts (click here to view range)
