M3 v Tunbridge Wells – 9th December 2017

rencontre homme plancoet Tunbridge Wells – 2
Old Bordenian 3 rd X1 – 5
Old Bordenians were looking to bounce back from their first loss of the season and started
brightly before conceding against the run of play. Old Boys reacted well and Craig Stone
powered the equaliser home. OBs missed several chances to take the lead before being
caught on the break by Wells. This woke up the strikers and two quick old boys goals from
Sam Shaw and Ryan Young gave the old boys the 3-2 lead at half-time.
Old Boys controlled the second half and defensively never looked troubled. Good play from
Chris Piesley and Sammzi Bahrawi led to Craig Stone putting in the fourth before Ryan
Young grabbed his second and old boys fifth to complete the scoring. A great team
performance to enter Christmas 6 points clear of second place.
